if you have a mac (i don’t know if it works on windows) you can download tubetv which lets you download any video off the interweb.
a good website to watch friends and not download it (unless you have tubetv or something like that) is http://www.omgitsfriends.com

In the Limewire video section, you can easily, and freely, download the whole season.
I’ve heard some good things about Frostwire and Aries, too.
